Bridge Street Medical Centre Patient Participation Group (PPG)
Patient Participation Groups, sometimes known as PPGs, have been set up at most GP Surgeries within our CCG. The Bridge Street Medical Centre PPG was set up in 2014. It provides a way in which our patients can provide feedback, ideas and views on the services provided by our surgery. This supports us to provide the best possible service to patients. It also enables us to feedback challenges that the business faces in providing services to our patients within the current health economy.
PPGs support the practice to undertake an annual survey of the views of patients. Following the results of the survey, they help the practice to develop an action plan.
If you are interested in joining our PPG or wish to find out more, please contact Mr Tony Davies, our Practice Manager.
We are extremely keen to recruit members to the PPG from our student body of patients. This will allow a wider spread of views and experiences to help us shape our service.
