We have a loop induction system at the reception desk to assist the hearing impaired.
Mobility difficulties
We have a lift from street level to all the floors. Please alert reception ahead of time if you have any specific access concerns, we will always endeavour to help.
Blind / partially sighted
If you or family members are blind or partially sighted we will assist in any way we can. Please speak to our clinical pharmacist about options for making medication ordering and adherence easier.
Guide dogs
Guide dogs are welcome at the surgery but we ask that you be aware of other patients and staff who may have an allergy or fear of dogs.
