Your named GP
Every patient registered at Bridge Street Medical Centre is allocated their own GP. Your 'usual' GP receives all of your correspondence from the hospital or other agencies and deals with all of your test results. They will therefore 'know' you, to a certain extent, even if you do not know them. Where possible, we ask you to see your own GP, so that we can offer you continuity of care, although we appreciate this may not always be possible.
Reception can tell you the name of your own GP, or you can see this information yourself on the NHS app.
